Established in her field, this entrepreneur needed more efficient organizational systems in her behind-the-scenes operation to handle her fast growth without sacrificing personal service. Additionally, she needed to launch website and social media that would provide potential clients with information about her services, but also host a blog space where she could integrate her expertise in informational articles. Then, with the onset of COVID, Nicholson Tutoring needed to shift to an online classroom and provide a way for clients to understand the changes. We were able to help her adapt to the changing environment both internally and with her public-facing communications.

First Presbyterian Church, New Bern, sought our services when the organization’s Communications team was in transition. The church wanted a full assessment of their current practices, methods of communications, and effectiveness of their communications channels. Using analysis of these methods, we provided a detailed, action-oriented communications plan for the year ahead and an overhaul of their public-facing communications.
