First Presbyterian Church, New Bern, sought our services when the organization’s Communications team was in transition. The church wanted a full assessment of their current practices, methods of communications, and effectiveness of their communications channels. Using analysis of these methods, we provided a detailed, action-oriented communications plan for the year ahead and an overhaul of their public-facing communications.
