1. Who We Are:

This agreement is between us, Baxley Consulting, the ones with the design skills (that's us), and you, the awesome client named on the Estimate..

2. What We're Doing:

We're here to make cool designs and give advice – that's the deal. Check out the Estimate for all the juicy details.

3. How Much It Costs:

You pay us the total from the Estimate within 30 days. We can talk if you need longer to pay.

4. When It's Happening:

We'll do our best to finish everything when the Estimate says we will. If something crazy happens, and we need more time, we'll give you a heads up.

5. Who Owns What:

Once you've paid in full, the designs are all yours. We might show them off in our portfolio because we're proud of our work.

6. Keeping Secrets:

We promise not to spill the beans about anything secret you tell us. This promise sticks around even after we finish working together.

7. Breaking Up is Hard to Do:

If one of us messes up big time, we'll give the other a chance to fix things. If it's a lost cause, we can part ways with a friendly goodbye.

8. The Rules of the Land:

We'll follow the laws of North Carolina. Simple as that.

9. Just Between Us:

Any changes we want to make to this agreement need to be written down and agreed upon by both of us.
